The primary concept for the building is to revitalise it with new living / working spaces in harmony with the old fabric of the building and its landmark setting on the Rummelsberger Bucht.

The promoters of the project have bought the building because of the charm and character of the old industrial architecture and to retain a part as living / visual art space.

We invite all people who can share the same vision of the building as the current owners to become involved in the design and regeneration of Am Speicher. At this moment in time we would like to hear all ideas from whatever parties local, national and international regarding any other alternative uses.

We have direct access to the water and we would also like to see this amenity used as it is very rare for a building to have this possibility in Berlin.
